Disney’s Frozen Inspired White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

If you have an Elsa fan in the house then you need to check out our Disney’s Frozen Inspired White Chocolate Fudge Recipe!  Just know this recipe is loved by kids and adults alike.  It’s melt in your mouth delicious!  I am a huge fan of Ghirardelli classic white chips and I really believe that these make this recipe.  I don’t think you will get the same quality fudge without using Ghirardelli.  If you do, please tell me the chips you use.

Directions to make our Disney’s Frozen Inspired White Chocolate Fudge Recipe:

  1. First you will melt chocolate according to package.  I used a double boiler.
  2. Remove the white chocolate from the heat.
  3. Now stir in sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Add in 4-5 blue food coloring drops until you get the perfect color.  
  5. Stir it completely.
  6. Finally pour the mixture into a pan lined with wax paper.
  7. Optional:  Get creative and sprinkle the top with blue sprinkles, white crystals or any other topping you want.  They even make these super cute snowflake sprinkles seen here too.
  8. Refrigerate until sets.  It will only take about 20 minutes. 
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
