Do you have an older vehicle that you are trying to make last until you must buy a new one? First, I would like to say that I used to work for a small car lot/shop. I know many tricks of the trade!
First of all, most mechanics use a program called ALLData. It’s not only used to give hourly estimates but it is also used to show you step by step what you should do to fix the vehicle! I have a 1999 Ford Explorer (which I LOVE) and I started having a few issues with it. I did some research and found out the ALLData has a DIY Program! WAHOO!!!! I bought the subscription and the first repair the subscription paid for itself!
Your probably saying sure… but you can google search your repairs or even look on YouTube and yes, you are correct BUT… ALLData gives step by step instructions AND has visual photos step by step also! If you are a DIY type person who likes to work on your own vehicle I would HIGHLY recommend the ALLData DIY Subscription!
