How to Make an Ornament Wreath

I’m going to show you a real easy way on how to make an ornament wreath out of shatter proof ornaments!  These ornaments are really light and they hold well with some good glue.  Most of these items can even be found at your local dollar store too.  It’s a beautiful project that looks expensive but doesn’t have to break the bank.  We made this right after we whipped up a batch of our homemade easy Rosette cookie recipe earlier this morning.  We’ve been busy!

Here are the items you need to make your own Ornament Wreath:

Instructions on How to make an Ornament Wreath:

  1. Trace a large dinner plate on your foam board
  2. Now trace a small salad plate in the center of your traced dinner plate
  3. Now you can cut out the wreath you just traced
  4. Hot glue the bottom of 2 of your tiny gold ornaments together (do this 4 times)
  5. Now dab a little of your e6000 glue on the bottom with a dab of hot glue next to it (doubles as instant and something that will last)
  6. Press your ornaments onto your wreath in the center horizontally and vertically
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 until the base of your wreath is covered, using both your red and gold tiny ornaments
  8. Now you can glue your small ornaments on the center of your tiny ornaments with the top facing inward (also use both glues)
  9. Now glue on the small ornaments to the outside of your wreath, 1 in between each tiny one (use both glues)
  10. To finish your wreath, hot glue a big red glittered bow into the bottom center
  11. No need to add a ribbon to hang, just set onto a hook on your door and your done!
