This week has been another successful week on Nutrisystem!
I am on my 11th week and still going strong!
I must admit that I did cheat a little bit towards the end of the week but I still managed to loose .8 pounds.
I went to several Fall parties & Halloween events and some of the treats were to hard to resists although I did better with my portion control than I normally would:)
I am now at a total of 11.3 pounds that I have lost since starting!!!
I am not just starting to feel more confident in my looks but I also feel healthier which is very important to me!
Exercising is still going well for me! I am finding it easier and I have more energy than I did before!
This week one of my favorites was the Chili with Beans! It taste delicious and it keeps me full for hours……
These little containers they come in are so convenient just take the metal top off and pop it in the microwave for 60 seconds and Viola!
It’s hard to find a meal that tastes so good yet only takes a second of preparation time!
