We have made some pretty amazing keto dessert recipes with peanut butter and very few ingredients. Today we have a 4 ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs recipe! Everyone loves our 3 Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Cookies recipe and, I will beat, you will love this one too!

4 Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Ingredients

*Makes 8-10 Bombs*

  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/8 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Swerve Sweetener (granulated sweetener)
  • ¼ Cup Walnuts (you can use any nut you want)

Note about Peanut Butter:  Make sure you choose a peanut butter that is only peanuts and salt with no added sugars.  I prefer this natural peanut butter myself.

4 Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine your peanut butter, swerve, and cream cheese. Mix well.
  2. Place walnuts in a food processor and finely chop.
  3. Mold peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and roll them in the chopped walnuts.
  4. Place on a baking sheet covered with wax paper and place in freezer for about 2 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
