I personally use the American Express Serve card because it’s a safe and FREE card to snag those freebies that require a credit card for verification purposes! (More and more companies are requiring a credit card number only for verification that you are a real person claiming a freebie instead of a computer generated system and that makes sense).
Here’s the next perk! This American Express Prepaid card is a debit card with no monthly fee!!! Perfect for safe shopping online too! To get started you will need to place $25 on the card. I use this for any shopping online but I typically only keep about $10 on the card to make sure the card still rings up as valid. This way when I want to sign up for all of these free trial products and cancel afterwards, if they accidentally try to charge me for a membership there won’t be enough on the card for the charge to go through anyway. I usually cancel but just in case!
This is a rare find because of the No Fee Card option. I won’t use the other cards that have a fee. It’s just not worth it!
