This fun filled event is being held on Friday March 21, and Sat. March 22, 2014.
Kick off will start the weekend entertainment on Friday, March 21, 2015 with the Flashback Fitness Expo held at the South Shore Harbor from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m.
This event includes fitness demos on: Piloxing, SURFSET Fitness and Zumba as well as “Ask the Experts” sessions with nutrition, running and sports injury prevention experts! Also indulge in product sampling and shopping.
VIP tickets are available for $25.00 for ages 12 and older, $20 for 11-6 and under 6 are FREE! Also these VIP Tickets score you some great items in a VIP bags and VIP area featuring food stations with JLGC’s “Beachside to Boardwalk” cookbook recipes.

The Flashback 5k10k run will begin on March 22, 2014 at 7:30am. Dress from the 70’s, 80’s or 90’s and rock that look all the way to the finish line! I can imagine I will see plenty of shorts with long tube socks and maybe even some bell bottoms! You can walk or run the Flashback 5k10k but either way it will be a blast!
