Easy Bunny Butt Cookie Recipe

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Use a hand or stand mixer to beat your butter and sugar together.
  • Mix in your almond extract, vanilla extract and egg.
  • Mix in your flour and salt.
  • Form your dough into a large ball and roll it out to 1/4" thick.
  • Use your 3-4" scalloped circle to cut your shapes out.
  • Place on your baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool.
  • Heat 1/2 cup white candy melts in a microwave safe dish for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and pour into a decorating bag.
  • Frost your cookies with vanilla frosting and dip the frosted side into your coconut flakes.
  • Cut each round end off a strawberry marshmallows, add a little melted white chocolate to the bottom and stick onto the bottom of your cookies.
  • Place a dab of white chocolate onto a miniature marshmallow and stick right above the marshmallow feet.
  • Now use your white chocolate to draw on the bunny footprints onto the strawberry marshmallows.
