PF Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps Copycat Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 8 oz can of water chestnuts diced
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head butter lettuce or Romaine lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add your ground chicken and cook it until it's complete browned. Add salt and pepper. Drain the fat.
  • Stir in the garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the water chestnuts and green onions and cook for another minute or two.
  • Chop the end off of the head of lettuce and serve several spoonfuls of the mixture in the center of the lettuce leaf. Just like a taco.
