  • DIRECTIONS
  • Cut two 5 1/4" circles from one of the crusts and insert in pans (use enclosed cutter)
  • Fill to pan level with Pie filling
  • Take remainder of first pie crust, form into a ball and re-roll to similar thickness.
  • Cut crust into strips about 5" long and 1/2" wide and form a basket weave.
  • Cut woven crust into a 5" circle and place on top of pie.
  • Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mixture
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before removing.
