Super delicious, yet very easy Mini Peach Pie Recipe!

DIRECTIONS
Cut two 5 1/4" circles from one of the crusts and insert in pans (use enclosed cutter)
Fill to pan level with Pie filling
Take remainder of first pie crust, form into a ball and re-roll to similar thickness.
Cut crust into strips about 5" long and 1/2" wide and form a basket weave.
Cut woven crust into a 5" circle and place on top of pie.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mixture
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing.
