Air Fryer Roasted Turnips Hash Browns Instructions

  • Dice the turnips into small chunks as seen in the video above
  • In a medium size bowl, add the diced turnips and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Mix the turnips in the bowl until they are evenly coated with oil.
  • Sprinkle the seasonings over the coated turnips.
  • Mix the turnips until all the seasonings have fully combined evenly.
  • Place the turnips in the bottom of the air fryer (not overlapping) and cook them on 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Be sure to flip them halfway through that time. I had to do two separate batches when using 3 turnips.

  • In a medium size bowl, add the diced turnips and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Mix the turnips in the bowl until they are evenly coated with oil.
  • Sprinkle the seasonings over the coated turnips.
  • Mix the turnips until all the seasonings have fully combined evenly.
  • Place the turnips on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake them at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until they are golden and tender.
  • Optional: Make a hole for sunnyside up eggs and bake them for another 10 minutes until the eggs are done for a complete keto sheet pan breakfast idea!
