Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
Excellent choice for birthday parties, family getaways, holiday getaways and many more!
Servings: 12 servings
- 2 boxes rotini or bow tie noodles
- 4 roma tomatoes sliced
- 1-6 ounce can black olives drained
- 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese shredded
- 10 bacon slices cooked and chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 2 packets buttermilk ranch dry seasoning
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Boil noodles and place them in the fridge to cool for several hours or overnight.
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, mayo, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper and mix using a hand mixer.
Pour dressing over cold noodles and mix until all noodles are evenly coated.
Mix in sliced tomatoes, olives, bacon, and cheese one at a time.
Pour into a decorative dish and enjoy!
