Boil noodles and place them in the fridge to cool for several hours or overnight.
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, mayo, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper and mix using a hand mixer.
Pour dressing over cold noodles and mix until all noodles are evenly coated.
Mix in sliced tomatoes, olives, bacon, and cheese one at a time.
Pour into a decorative dish and enjoy!
