This is an easy crockpot meal to make when you want something yummy but you don't want to spend a lot of time cooking.
We usually make this recipe with chicken thighs that produce a lot of liquid. This is why you won't see any liquids added to this recipe. However, if you decide to use chicken breasts, I would had a 1/2 cup of water or chicken broth as the very first ingredient before adding your chicken to the crockpot.
