  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  • Use a hand mixer to beat your butter and sugar together.
  • Mix in your eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Then mix in your applesauce, flour, and baking powder.
  • Spoon your batter into your cupcake liners, filling about halfway.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  • Melt your butter in a small bowl, dip the top of your muffins in the butter and then into your cinnamon sugar mixture.
