  • 8 oz brewed coffee decaf or regular
  • 1 Tbs Coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 2 - 4 drops of Stevia


  • Brew your coffee first.
  • Blend all of the ingredients together for about 10 seconds on high.  Be careful if you are using the high powered blender.  The coffee is hot so you will need to carefully remove the lid.
