PREHEAT skillet and coat pan with olive oil.
SPRINKLE lemon seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts.
COOK on both sides 3-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
REMOVE chicken from pan.
POUR in broth and cream, scraping the bottom of the pan for any bits. They hold all the flavor.
ADD in cheese and garlic, stirring until cheese is melted and incorporated.
ADD in chopped parsley and chives, stir.
PLACE chicken back into the pan and top with any leftover parsley and chives for presentation.
TURN heat down to low. This will allow the sauce to thicken.
