Sugar Free Candied Pecans Recipe

  • Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.
  • Add the vanilla, erythritol, and cinnamon to the melted butter mixture.
  • Place 4 cups of pecans in a large ziplock baggie.
  • Pour the mixture into the baggie and shake it until all the pecans have been coated with the butter mixture.
  • Pour the pecans on a large baking sheet. Be sure to line the baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • Bake the candied pecans on 325 degrees for about 10 minutes. Careful not to leave them in longer as they will easily turn dark and burn.
  • Allow them to completely cool before you handle them. The sugar-free candy coating will harden once it has completely cooled.
  • Store in an airtight container on the countertop.
