Keto Sushi Rolls with Smoked Salmon and Cucumber

Ingredients

  • Roasted Seaweed sheets
  • Cream Cheese I used Chive and Onion
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 2 - 3 oz packages of Smoked Salmon ready to eat
  • Optional:  Roasted Sesame seeds Sriracha hot sauce, soy sauce or liquid aminos

Instructions

  • Start by slicing your cucumber into small square strips.  These should be long enough to go over the whole seaweed sheet.Lay out one seaweed sheet and spreading a thin layer of cream cheese over the whole thing.
  • Lay out one seaweed sheet and spreading a thin layer of cream cheese over the whole thing.
  • Tear off pieces of the Smoked Salmon and add a line of fish that's about 1 1/2 inches wide all the way across the sheet of salmon (as seen in the process photos below).
  • Next to the smoked salm0n, add about three strips of cucumber.
  • Roll up the Keto Sushi Roll and slice into about 1-inch rolls.
  • Lay the Keto Sushi rolls on a serving tray and top with any optional ingredients you want.  I chose the add Sriracha sauce with a small amount of roasted sesame seeds.  Yummy!
