Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional:  dash of salt brings out the flavors
  • Optional:  dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix it until all the ingredients have blended completely together.

Notes

Recipe yields about 5 medium size pancakes.
