Delicious Very Berry Smoothie Recipe
You have got to try this low sugar smoothie recipe! It's quite tasty, thick, and packed with berries!
Servings: 2 to 4 smoothies
- 2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries
- 1 cup 1% low fat milk
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt I watched the sugar count on this one and used a vanilla flavored
- 1/2 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener Granulated
- 1 pack KOOL-AID® Strawberry Flavor Unsweetened Soft Drink Mix
Process Strawberries, Milk, Yogurt, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener and KOOL-AID® Soft Drink Mix in a blender until smooth.
