Crockpot Potato Soup Recipe
- 8 medium Potatoes cubed
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 quart Chicken Broth
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Half and Half
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
Chop bacon into 1" pieces and fry.
Reserve a little of the bacon as a garnish.
Add all items into the slow cooker and stir.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Top with some shredded cheese, bacon crumbles, green onions and sour cream (optional)
