of cream cheese
softened
1/2
cup
of honey

tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
baking soda

egg
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. The recipe said the dough may be runny, but mine was a "whipped" consistency
Drop cookies (just under a tablespoon size) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, placing them about 2 inches apart
Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown
Allow cookies to cool completely or serve slightly warm
Notes
Store any extra cookies in an airtight container in the fridge.
