Keto Friendly and Low Carb Unicorn Frappuccino Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 squirts of Liquid Stevia
  • Optional: Red and Blue dye

Instructions
 

  • In the small blend cup, I added 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (cold), 2 drops of blue dye, 1 squirt of liquid stevia and a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • In the large blend cup, I added 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 squirt of liquid stevia and 3 drops of red dye.
  • I want to mention that I am not a fan of the food coloring in the foods. I did this because I wanted to get the same colors as the Starbucks drinks but it's only for a visual in this recipe. You can easily do without the food coloring and get a similar color with the same great taste!
