Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad


  • 2 boxes rotini or bow tie noodles
  • 4 roma tomatoes sliced
  • 1-6 ounce can black olives drained
  • 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 10 bacon slices cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 packets buttermilk ranch dry seasoning
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Boil noodles and place them in the fridge to cool for several hours or overnight.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, mayo, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper and mix using a hand mixer.
  • Pour dressing over cold noodles and mix until all noodles are evenly coated.
  • Mix in sliced tomatoes, olives, bacon, and cheese one at a time.
  • Pour into a decorative dish and enjoy!
