Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

These cauliflower bites are packed with flavor and perfect for a healthy snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • One large bag of organic Cauliflower Florets purchased from Costco
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder1
  • teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce or your choice of buffalo sauce

Instructions
 

  • Break up the cauliflower florets into same size pieces.
  • Melt butter.
  • Combine butter, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt and Frank's Red Hot Sauce in a bowl and mix it until combined.
  • Add the cauliflower to a large ziplock bag.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the cauliflower and seal the bag.
  • Shake the bag until the mixture has covered all of the cauliflower florets.
  • Place half the cauliflower bites into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, shaking a couple times to get the crispness you desire. If needed, add an additional 2-3 minutes to the cook time to get them even crispier.
  • Serve with a side of celery sticks and homemade ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
