Keto Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Pumpkin Bread Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Choczero Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice blend

Pumpkin Bread Topping Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients and blend with a hand mixer.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry and blend with a hand mixer until evenly combined.
  • Lightly grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • To make the topping, mix all ingredients together in a bowl and smooth it out over the top once it is well combined.
