Easy Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350 and spray two cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with silicone baking liners.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until well blended. I prefer to use a wooden spoon for this recipe and not get out the mixer.
  • Stir in all the kinds of the chocolate chips, gently, until well mixed.
  • Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies just set in the middle. You can also rotate the cookie sheets half-way through the cooking time for even baking.
  • Allow cookies to cool for about 5 minutes before moving to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

You can store these cookies, for about 5 days, in an air tight container and at room temperature.
