Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbs Whey Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener powdered
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tsp Unflavored Fiber
  • 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix it until all the ingredients combine together.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold tray and freeze overnight.

Notes

The combination of the fiber, whey and Xanthan gum gives this recipe an amazing creamy texture! If you don’t have these ingredients, you can still make this recipe but you won’t get the same texture in the end. The taste will still be amazing though!
