- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: Add Dill Pickle relish for extra tang just a spoonful
I start off by baking my bacon in the oven until it’s nice and crispy.
Next, I boil my eggs. Once the eggs are down I let them cool and then peel them. (peel them under cool water to make it a bit easier)
Slice the eggs in 1/2 lengthwise and remove the yolks.
Place all the yolks in a medium size bowl and mash until they are a fine crumble. Using a fork is best.
Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika.
Mix it well until it becomes smooth.
Use a spoon and add a spoonful to each egg white.
Sprinkle the tops with paprika.
Cut your crispy bacon into small pieces and garnish the top of your deviled eggs with it.
Serve! Voila! That’s it!
