Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 6 large Baking Potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Scrub and dry potatoes.
  • Pierce each potato 6-8 times with a fork.
  • Rub each potato with about a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminum foil.
  • Place in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
