Cut a triangle (about 2" tall) from your orange felt

Cut out two pink circles about the same size as the triangle

Cut a hat shape from your tan felt

Now measure the width of the middle of the felt hat and cut a small strip of yellow felt the same width

Hot glue the nose and link cheeks to the center of your bag

Then glue the googly eyes right above the nose and cheeks

Now using your black marker, draw on the silly mouth and polka dot freckles

Open and crumble a couple lunch sacks and stuff into your scarecrow or better yet full with candy

Measure and cut about 5 piece of hemp twine about 12" in length and tie around the top of your bag

Hot glue the yellow piece of felt to the center of your felt hat just above the brim and hot glue the hat to the top of your bag
