  • 4 cups precooked chicken and shredded (I used Rotisserie chicken)
  • 16 slices of ham chopped
  • 16 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese chopped in chunks
  • 4 tablespoons butter sliced
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits precooked and crispy
  • Optional: Add chives or parsley as a topping


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Start by making the sauce: In a sauce pan over low heat add the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, Dijon mustard, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper until combined and creamy.
  • To a greased 9×13 casserole pan, add in the shredded chicken, top with ham, and then top with the cream sauce.
  • Top with shredded Swiss cheese and bacon bits.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chives or parsley, if using.
  • Optional: You can add a layer of frozen cauliflower florets as the first layer if you want to make this a complete meal. Add about 5 to 10 minutes to the cooking time. Or you can serve it with a side salad too.
  • Tip: For a golden topping, place casserole under the broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese is lightly golden colored.
