Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Remove stems and rinse brussels sprouts.
  • Cut in half and place in medium bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over sprouts and toss to coat.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Place on baking sheet and cook 25-30 minutes turning halfway through.
