Dice the potatoes. I used small thin cuts and left the peels on.
Fry the potatoes until they are golden brown.
Once the potatoes are golden brown with a slight crunch, add the seasonings by sprinkling the seasonings and ranch dressing mix over the fully cooked potatoes.
Finish frying the potatoes until all the seasoning has been mixture thoroughly on all potatoes. It will create a light seasoned crust.
