Pan Fried Ranch Potatoes

Best pan fried potatoes you will ever try!

Ingredients

  • 1 dry packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste I used very little
  • 6 - 8 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Add the oil to a frying pan and heat.
  • Dice the potatoes. I used small thin cuts and left the peels on.
  • Fry the potatoes until they are golden brown.
  • Once the potatoes are golden brown with a slight crunch, add the seasonings by sprinkling the seasonings and ranch dressing mix over the fully cooked potatoes.
  • Finish frying the potatoes until all the seasoning has been mixture thoroughly on all potatoes. It will create a light seasoned crust.
  • Serve immediately.
