You can enjoy this spaghetti squash as a side dish or top with a sugar-free spaghetti sauce and enjoy spaghetti marinara for dinner this evening!

Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti Squash Ingredients

  • 1 squash
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Parmesan cheese

Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti Squash Instructions

  1. Split squash in half.
  2. Remove all seeds.
  3. Place one cup of water in the instant pot.
  4. Place squash on top of each other open side up on a trivet.
  5. Use the manual setting high pressure for 4 minutes. Do a quick release.
  6. Using a fork scrape all the insides of the squash into a large bowl.
  7. In a large pan, melt butter and add saute minced garlic about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add in spaghetti squash, coat with melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
