Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad (Keto Friendly)

I am in love with the Keto friendly version of the Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad recipe! It’s made different from any other because it has extra healthy fats added into the dressing and it tastes just like the real thing!

I also love how a salad like this can really fill you up! This is not yo mama’s salad recipe!

Wanna know what we normally do?

We normally make salads we call “trash” salads.  This means we make delicious salads out of leftovers we have in the fridge.  These types of salads always come out different but always taste pretty darn good.  It’s way better than eating leftovers as the same thing you ate the day before because it taste like a brand new meal!  That’s a really good tip if your family doesn’t appreciate leftovers.

You can use leftover cooked hamburger meat or you can even purchase ground beef and has been precooked to make life easier! I love that option on really busy days!

Keto Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad recipe

 

Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad Ingredients

Lettuce Bowl Ingredients
11 oz Ground Beef, precooked
4 to 5 cups mixed greens
4 slices of bacon, crumbled
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 tbs dill pickle relish
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced

Big Mac Dressing Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise (sugar free)
2 tbs dill pickle relish
2 tbs olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 tbs ketchup, sugar free
2 tbs mustard
2 tbs white onion, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt

Big Mac Dressing Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix it until it’s fully combined. Keep this mixture refrigerated until you are ready to use it.

Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad Instructions

Combine the chopped lettuce in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the diced tomatoes, precooked ground beef (be sure to warm the beef slightly), cheddar cheese, Monterey cheese, pickle relish, and bacon.
Top the cheeseburger salad with the Big Mac dressing you prepped earlier.
Toss the salad until all the ingredients are fully coated with the dressing.
Serve immediately.

This recipe will serve 5 to 6 servings.
