Basic Exercises to Lose Body Mass


Are you searching for some basic exercises to lose body mass and the unwanted fat? Then look no further for we take you back to the simple basics that are the stepping stones to a healthier and trimmer living. Here are some of the good old tricks that have been working for decades now.



No exercise is complete without this ancient up-down pushes that both strengthens and reduces the unnecessary arm and chest fats. Balancing your weight on your hands and toes, bend arms and dip to touch the ground and go up again. Repeat the process for 5-10 times.



Place your hands on the back of your head, supporting it with feet slightly apart. Squat down to form 90 degree with your legs and hold for a minute. Straighten up and repeat it 5 times.  (see below for a 30 day squat challenge!)



This exercise will also have an impact on your height. With the support of a strong iron bar that is tightly fixed at a height above your head, balance your weight with your hands and pull yourself up. As your feet leave the floor, tangle them behind by slightly bending your knee. Release and pull yourself up again. Continue the process 5 times.



The simplest exercise ever. Keep your hands to your sides and stand up on a stool or chair without supporting yourself. Now step down from the stool/chair. Repeat the exercise 5 times.


Feet Touch

Lie flat on the floor with arms stretched over your head, on the floor. Lift your arms and feet at the same time to touch your feet with the arms. Hold for 15 seconds and release. Do the same 5 times.


On completing the routine once, repeat it for 2 more times. These exercises can be done at the comfort of home on a daily basis.
