If you are looking for a chicken recipe that isn’t boring, this one is packed with flavor!  We make this meal at least once a week.  There are many different ways to make chicken dinner ideas but this one is most definitely a favorite!  Plus, there’s just something special about making a meal in a cast iron skillet.  It adds a whole new flavor to the dinner that is cooked in it.  If you don’t have a cast iron skillet yet, I highly suggest getting one!


 

Keto Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 1 pound of chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper, as desired
  • 1/2 pound of asparagus, cut into 2-inch sections, ends discarded
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
  • 1 lemon, sliced

 

Keto Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, season chicken with lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. To a large cast iron pan over medium-high heat, warm oil in a pan. Add chicken and brown both sides, about 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from heat, add in remaining ingredients, place in oven and cook for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
