Nutrisystem: Week 11 Update! #NSNation

This is Week 11 for me and Week 8 for my husband!

GUESS WHAT!???  I am 19 pounds lighter!!!  I am sooooo very close to my 20 pound mark that I can just taste it!  My couch to 5k running program has gotten a bit difficult but still doable!  And you can see the results!!!  Nutrisystem helps control my portions and eat healthy but when you add exercise to this program the results will almost double!!!

Here’s ANOTHER exciting piece of information you will love!  Nutrisystem has cookies that taste JUST LIKE OREO’S!  I am not even kidding!  It’s the best think ever!

I have a bit of a sweet tooth, so I absolutely love the ice cream bars too!  They also make a dreamcicle that is to die for!

My dear honey has lost 23.5 pounds to date!  He is having a difficult time trying to get exercise into his daily routine because he works outside all day and is exhausted when he comes home.
