This is Week 12 for me and Week 9 for my husband! I am a week behind because we took a vacation. Luckily for me, Nutrisystem has trained me well! Even while on vacation I was able to maintain my weight loss! Yay me! I will say I didn’t lose any while on vacation but for the shear fact that I didn’t gain is amazing! This really should be week 13 for me! My husband did gain 1 pound though. Tee hee… Actually, when you think about a normal vacation, 1 pound weight gain is not bad at all. Sometimes that alone could be just water weight so he did good too!
GUESS WHAT!??? I am 21 pounds lighter!!! I FINALLY hit my 20 pound mark!!
My couch to 5k running program has gotten a bit difficult but still doable! And you can see the results!!! Nutrisystem helps control my portions and eat healthy but when you add exercise to this program the results will almost double!!!
Here’s ANOTHER exciting piece of information you will love! Nutrisystem has cookies that taste JUST LIKE OREO’S! I am not even kidding! It’s the best think ever! I am definitely reordering OREO’s! lol…
