I love easy lunch recipes I can make ahead of time and take them with me while I run errands for the family. This Asian chicken salad fits perfectly into that lifestyle for me! Enjoy it right away or make it ahead and enjoy it on the go!

Asian Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 package shredded cabbage or ½ of a fresh cabbage chopped up
  • 1/3 cup light oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons natural rice vinegar
  • 1 package chicken flavored Top Ramen crushed
  • ½ package of chicken flavored seasoning
  • 1 package grilled ready diced chicken-heated in the microwave for 45 seconds

Asian Chicken Salad Recipe Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add in the cabbage, Top Ramen, and chicken.
  2. In a liquid measuring cup add in oil, vinegar, sugar, and ½ pkg of flavored seasoning. Mix the ingredients.
  3. Pour the sauce over the mixed salad. Mix until well combined.
  4. Enjoy!

Serves 6-8

Tip: The noodles will soften after a little while so add them at the last minute if you are serving for a crowd.
