Best Pasta Salad

  • 2 cups of chopped watermelon
  • 1/4 cup of fat free milk
  • 2 cups of ice


  • Take your cups of chopped watermelon, 1/4 a cup of fat free milk, and your cups of ice, and pour these ingredients into a blender. Blend these ingredients well, and until the mixture is smooth.
  • If you are not serving this smoothie now, place this smoothie in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

    I make a wonderful watermelon smoothie. Here’s my recipe:

    1/4 small seedless watermelon. Blend. Don’t worry about a few seeds — they disappear!
    Toss in a cup of fresh pineapple chunks. Blend.
    Add a banana or two, depending on size. Blend.
    Set blender to whip or frappe, and enjoy this healthy, natural fruit smoothie.
