Keto Fruit Pizza Dessert Recipe
You guys are gonna flip when you try this Keto Fruit Pizza Dessert recipe! OH, MY WORD! It’s crazy good!
This recipe was inspired by my kids. They started talking about a dessert pizza I made a long time ago. It was a heavy cookie crust with a sugary topping and loaded with all kinds of fruit. The thought of it now kinda makes me sick. I’ve been doing the Ketogenic diet for so long that the thought of that pizza actually sounds crazy bad to me right now. It’s amazing how your whole thought process changes once you dump the sugar addiction like I did.
If you are considering the Keto Diet, I highly suggest reading our post on the Simple Way To Start The Ketogenic Diet. This post was written specifically for a friend who wanted to start the diet but was overwhelmed by all the information out there. She needed one place to round up exactly what to do and how to start. She enjoyed it so much, that I decided it should be shared with anyone and everyone who wanted to start this amazing way of eating!
I decided to create a dessert pizza that was low carb and keto friendly so that my kids wouldn’t miss out on a dessert they used to love. This is when this Keto Fruit Pizza Dessert recipe was made! I only post the successful recipes that taste amazing. It’s more times than not, a recipe won’t make it to a blog post because it just didn’t turn out. I’m glad this one made it! I’m happy and the kids are happy too!
It’s absolutely mind boggling to me that this dough doesn’t taste like cheese. When you add the sweet topping to it, it tastes just like a real dessert! It has a sinfully good taste! You almost feel as though you are cheating!
We used the exact same pizza crust recipe as in this Low Carb Keto Friendly Pizza Recipe seen here. We omitted the fresh rosemary and used a sweet cream cheese frosting with fruit instead!
I’ve included the nutritional labels for the crust and topping separately below just in case you decide to top your dough with something else!
Keto Fruit Pizza Crust Recipe
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tbs cream cheese
Keto Fruit Pizza Crust Recipe Instructions
Heat the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in the microwave (or over the stove top on low heat until melted) for about 1 minute.
Stir in the almond flour and egg. Mix it until the ingredients form into the dough.
Place the ingredients on a nonstick surface such as a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Place another sheet of parchment paper over the top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it out. Note: You will want to roll it out in the shape of your pan. If you have a round pizza pan, you may need to split the dough into two separate parts and roll them into circles. If you have a large rectangular pan, you will roll the dough into a rectangle shape.
After you roll the dough out, take the top piece of parchment paper off, and slide the dough with the bottom parchment paper on to the pan you plan to bake it on.
Bake it at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
Let the dough cool.

Keto Fruit Pizza Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
- 4 tbs butter (I used Kerrygold butter)
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbs whipped cream
- 2 tbs swerve sweetener (I used the powdered kind)
- 4 Strawberries
- 7 blueberries
Keto Fruit Pizza Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe Instructions
- Combine the butter and cream cheese until creamy. Note: This may not be easy to do if the ingredients are not at room temperature. If they are cold, place the cream cheese and butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat it on high for exactly 10 seconds. This will slightly soften the ingredients to mix them together easier.
- Add the whipped cream and Swerve sweetener to the batter. Mix it until it’s fully combined.
- Slice the Strawberries.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting mix over the cooled Keto friendly pizza dough. Place the strawberries and blueberries over the top.
- Cut the pizza into individual servings and enjoy!
When making this recipe, I might have had to dip a strawberry or two into the frosting dip and eat it right away! DELISH! The cream cheese frosting recipe all by itself makes an amazing fruit dip recipe too!
