3 Ingredient Keto Brownies

My, oh my!  When I tell you I was able to recreate the famous 3 ingredient brownies into a 3 Ingredient Keto Brownies recipe, believe me when I tell you, they are ah-freakin-mazing!  Really AMAZING!  (yes, that’s me screaming it in excitement!) . It was like a chewy-gooey bar of goodness!! Not dry at all!

I’m not sure why I didn’t think of this before…  Here’s the secret.  They make an amazing Lakanto Suntella that I swear tastes just like the Nutella I loved before starting my Ketogenic Diet journey.  It’s made with monk fruit which does not leave an aftertaste for me like some of the other natural sweeteners that are keto approved.

This idea came to me after reading some of the comments from our 3 Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter cookie recipe.  Most people love this recipe but if you make it with the wrong keto sweetener, it can come out dry and crumbly.  This is why I love Lakanto so much.  Everything I make with the Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener.  By the way, this post is not sponsored by them or anything.  I rarely drop a company name but they have such a unique brand and it fits my Keto lifestyle so they totally deserve a shout out.

I was able to make a big pan of brownies from just one small jar of the Suntella.  Lakanto has a full store on Amazon

I was able to reach out to the Lakanto brand and they offered our readers a special discount code!!  Here’s how you can order with a discount directly from their website:

Place an order it directly from their company website by clicking on this link here:  Lakanto Website

Be sure to use Promo Code:  lowcarbinspirations to get an extra 20% discount at checkout too!

  1. Hey Jennifer Marie, thanks so much for all you do for us keto fans. I really appreciate the many things you do for us. Unfortunately I need to let you know that I went to this site after reading your article, was wanting to purchase multiple items and at check out I entered the discount code you listed and their message was that the items were not available for any discount. I have delayed purchasing any of the alternative sugars up to now, but with your interesting snack items I decided to give this a try.
Thanks again for all your hard work.
