To build mass, lose fat by using the right ingredients of food. If there is one thing that can help you burn fat and quick, its protein. Thanks to the thermic effect, fat simply fears the presence of it and leave asap. Here is a list of food that is rich in protein (fat’s worst nightmare).

 

  • Whole eggs: The cheapest and richest protein carrier, eggs also help increase the level of testosterone in your body.
  • Fish oil: Fish fat helps you reduce inflammation and also decreases the body fat. However, rather than the fat, fish oil is more easily accessible.
  • Wild Salmon: They have 20% protein content in their food and are also the best omega-3 source.
  • Mixed Nuts: Mixed nuts are rich in a wealth of proteins, nutrients and vitamins that are necessary for the body.
  • Flax Seeds: Though flax seeds are highly effective, flax oil has no benefits what-so-ever. These seeds contain omega-3, protein and fiber supply.
  • Yogurt: Used for gastrointestinal health conditions, it is better to buy low fat yogurt rather than the added sugar ones.
  • Berries: These small fruits have a number of advantages such as preventing eye, heart and cancer diseases.
  • Spinach & Broccoli: Spinach is useful in preventing bone loss and muscle loss, whereas broccoli contains high fiber content and low calorie.
  • Red Meat & Turkey: That right. You can eat plenty of both as they are rich in fiber, protein, and zinc.
  • Quinoa: The ‘King of grains’ will give you plenty of protein and fiber.
  • Apples & Oranges: The apple increases satiety and aids the loss of weight and oranges are said to be rich in vitamin C.
  • Green Tea: Drinking green tea will improve blood flow and prevent cancer. Up to 4 cups of green tea can be drunk in a day.
