I just finished reading The Skinny Rules by Bob Harper and I was really impressed!  He has always been an inspiration to me on the hit tv show The Biggest Loser but this book is simple!

These are really skinny rules that really do work!  I’ve been trying extremely hard to lose fat and gain muscle while doing amazing exercises but this book gives you the rules to start with!  Once you live by these rules you will have no problem getting to your target weight loss!  In fact, join me on our 30 day Plank Challenge this month!  It’s a perfect way to start a fitness routine while strengthening your core muscles.  It takes less than a minute to do everyday!  JUST DO IT!

I ended up created a large graph of the rules that I need to live by and I thought you all might also enjoy it too.
