  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • bacon crispy
  • pork rinds (for keto) croutons for non-keto
  • blue cheese crumbled


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 sour cream
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream and worcestershire in a bowl, mixing well.
  • Add in blue cheese.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wash and core lettuce.
  • Cut into quarters.
  • Pour dressing over each wedge.
  • Sprinkle bacon and crumbled blue cheese over wedge.
  • Dice some tomatoes to top each wedge and slice several to garnish plates.
