Well, hold on to your socks because here’s an even crunchier cracker for ya!  And, it doesn’t have any cheese in this recipe what-so-ever!  You can use all of your favorite seeds and nuts!  We’ve listed this recipe in our Top 10 Crunchy Keto Snacks but I’ve already received numerous requests to see the step by step process to make these.  I’m here to serve!

Crunchy Keto Crackers Recipe

Crunchy Keto Crackers Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of your favorite seed combinations
  • 1 tablespoon ground psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Optional:  Fresh Rosemary for extra flavor

Crunchy Keto Crackers Recipe Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Spread the dough out on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake it on 300 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes (careful carefully because some seeds cook faster than others).
  3. When they are fresh out of the oven and hot, I like to sprinkle a bit more salt on the top of them before they cool.
  4. You can use a pizza wheel to cut squares in the dough after you bake it or you can break off pieces when it’s done.
  5. All the crackers to completely cool before serving them.

Pro Tip:  I would always add at least a 1/4 cup of chia seeds. The hot water mixed with these seeds gives it the sticky glue it needs to hold these crackers together nicely.

Nuts and Seeds you can use:

I really like to use the thinly sliced almonds because of the crunch factor.  They have a really nice nutty flavor when they are baked too.  It’s absolutely delicious!

These are my favorite crunchy keto snack because they are really easy to make. Every time I make them, they come out different because I use whatever nuts and seeds we have in the pantry.  They taste way better than any store-bought cracker, that’s for sure.

I just made these crackers and they are very crunchy!! Yummy!! Very quick & easy to make. Never had chia seeds before, but they seem great in these!! Thanks Jennifer for all the hard work you put in making Keto friendly recipes.

I made these last night but they turned out chewy. The only thing my husband and I can think of is that I baked them on stoneware and not a metal cookie sheet. I’m so bummed!
