Super Easy Egg Casserole Recipe Ingredients

  • 8-10 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, washed and diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • Salt and pepper

 


 

Super Easy Egg Casserole Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9×9 baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Wash and dice your mixed bell peppers and place them in the bottom of your baking dish.
  3. Mix in your diced bacon and set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk your eggs with a little salt and pepper.
  5. Mix in your shredded cheese and pour over your veggies and bacon.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is cooked thoroughly.
  7. Let sit for several minutes, slice, and enjoy!
